PAYMENT METHOD
Payment by bank transfer:
Once you have validated all the information about your purchase – items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address – a new page will appear for you to choose which payment method you wish to use. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a proforma invoice to your email with our bank details so that you can make the bank transfer. Once we have received the deposit in our account identified with our proforma number, we will proceed to ship your order.

SHIZENNA SL will choose the means of delivery and organize transport to the client’s facilities.
Order dispatch times
The shipping time is between 2 and 10 business days if in stock.
In the event that shizenna.eu cannot meet this deadline, our customer service will contact you to inform you and proceed with the confirmation, change or cancellation of the order. If you had made the payment in advance, the amount paid will be refunded immediately.
The delivery time begins from the receipt of your order.
When you view a product page on the website, you will see the estimated delivery time for each reference.
For references that indicate “On order”, you will receive an email or call from our Customer Service Department with the estimated delivery time.
Shipping costs:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the amount of the order. When placing your order and before confirming your payment details, you will be able to find out the shipping cost of the products included in the shopping cart of our online store.
Rates for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Spain:

Free shipping for orders over €50

RETURNS
Any item purchased at shizenna.eu has a full satisfaction guarantee.
If the reason for the product change is due to an error on our part, we will assume all expenses arising from the change and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receipt of the package, the good condition of the product will be confirmed and that it was indeed an error on our part. The new product will then be shipped.
No changes will be accepted without prior authorization from shizenna.eu.
Under no circumstances will the exchange or return of items that have been manipulated by the customer or received in poor condition be accepted.
